As a society, businesses and individuals are growing in their awareness of needs to expand their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices. Umbrella Collective is growing in the areas of consulting with these organizations and individuals to lay the groundwork conversations necessary to progress in this direction. Through individualized ongoing consultation packages and one time experiential workshops, Umbrella Collective clinicians help guide any organization (for profit and non profits) to navigate difficult conversations in intersectional inclusion, equity, and diversity.

How it works

Umbrella Collective offers remote and in-person LGBTQ+ inclusive training and consulting services for organizations that are seeking to expand awareness among their employees and cultivate a culture of inclusion for staff members and clients. In our DEI trainings and workshops, attendees will learn LGBTQ+ affirming language and non-binary terminology, in addition to inclusive practices and policies to demonstrate ally-ship and eliminate discrimination in the workplace. We will also examine the impact that intersectional identities, such race, disability, and socio-economic status, have on work place bias, privilege, safety, and obstacles to career advancement.
