Clinical Supervisor

Umbrella Collective Inc is seeking to hire a 1099 independent contractor as a Clinical Supervisor, with an LCSW license, registered with Colorado DORA. This candidate ideally specializes in working with intersectionality in clinical practice for at least 3-5yrs and has experience working with people who hold one or more marginalized identities from a cultural humility and social justice lens. The professional will build their caseload into whatever time commitment they would like, (negotiable perks with greater client commitment) between 10-25 client hours/week. Fully licensed provider would be willing to come into Colorado Medicaid and private insurance networks under the Umbrella Collective contracts. Opportunities also exist for growth into an employment contract (if interested) within the practice. The position may be virtual, hybrid, or in office in Boulder, CO.

The Position:

Primary duties include providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy and supervision in a private practice setting with clients who have Medicaid health insurance and private pay. Provide clinical documentation consistent with Medicaid standards, and other duties as assigned such as blog writing, social media posts. Populations served include children, adolescents, and adults with a high percentage of clients who identify with sex and gender diversity as well as Black, Indigenous, Persons of Color (QTBIPOC).

Compensation:

  • Contractor will be compensated between 55% - 75% of net revenue received by the practice. The rate commiserates with experience, credentials, and number of sessions conducted each month (including supervisees). Average rate per session at the practice is $120. You charge your own rates for private pay!

Minimum Requirements:

  • Fully licensed in Colorado as a masters in social work, professional counseling, or psychologist

  • Must be registered with Colorado DORA in your respective field (proof provided to UC)

  • Willing to come into network participation under the Group Practice, Umbrella Collective Inc (takes up to 6 months)

  • Professional liability insurance (copy provided to UC)

  • Have flexible availability to meet scheduling needs of clients

  • Able to commit between 10-25 client hours per week

  • Experience working with a variety of QTBIPOC populations

  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults

  • Commitment and experience applying anti oppression & social justice frameworks in practice

  • Interest in networking and participating in a growing group practice

  • Attention to detail and timeliness with treatment plans, reports, and session notes.

Provisionally Licensed Therapist

This candidate ideally specializes in working with intersectionality in clinical practice and has experience working with people who hold one or more marginalized identities from a cultural humility and social justice lens. The professional will build their caseload into whatever time commitment they would like, between 20-25 client hours/week. Opportunities for growth into an employment contract (if interested) within the practice exist for best fit providers committed to the practice model. The position may be virtual, hybrid, or in office in Boulder, CO.

Primary duties include providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy in a private practice setting with clients who have Medicaid health insurance and private pay. Provide clinical documentation consistent with Medicaid standards, and other duties as assigned such as blog writing, social media posts. Populations served include children, adolescents, and adults with a high percentage of clients who identify with sex and gender diversity as well as Black, Indigenous, Persons of Color (QTBIPOC).

  • Weekly individual consultation for contractors committing to 20 or 25 clients per week. This includes hands on guidance for developing clinician in private practice skills and experience.

  • Opportunities for FT W2 employment and career growth for best fit therapists at a growing group practice

Minimum Requirements:

  • Provisionally licensed and registered with DORA in Colorado as a SWC, LSW, LPCC

  • Willing to establish an LLC or PLLC with Colorado Secretary of State to begin contractor relationship (we can help guide this process)

  • Professional liability insurance (copy provided to UC)

  • Have flexible availability to meet scheduling needs of clients

  • Able to commit between 20-25 client hours per week

  • Experience working with a variety of QTBIPOC populations

  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults

  • Commitment and experience applying anti oppression & social justice frameworks in practice

  • Interest in networking and participating in a growing group practice

  • Attention to detail and timeliness with treatment plans, reports, and session notes within 48hrs.
