Therapy Group for Transgender and Gender Expansive High Schoolers
Umbrella Collective is offering an 8-week virtual therapy group for Transgender and Gender-Expansive High schoolers. In this group, we will discuss topics such as identity development, the role of community, the coming-out process, family dynamics, confidence in a changing body, societal pressures, and more. For those new to the process, group therapy is a setting where practicing therapists can help facilitate growth in a small number of people by leveraging the group's strengths and adding to that through their expertise and experience.
