Virginia Sanford, LPC

Virginia Sanford (she/her) is a therapist and clinical supervisor at Umbrella Collective, and was first trained in Equine Assisted Therapy in 2019 through Natural Lifemanship. Virginia grew up riding and caring for horses, and is thrilled to reconnect with horse energy in therapeutic ways. As an attachment based, trauma-informed therapist, Virginia has found the added layer of depth that horses are able to bring to the therapeutic process exceptional.

Wendy Kipple, EGE (Equine Guided

Education) Facilitator

Wendy is a mountain dwelling lesbian who's love of community guided her to a 35 year career in law enforcement. Now retired, she continues to serve the public through equine guided work, helping people uncover their inner strength and create a life they love.

Wendy has been a certified EGE since 2013 and is the owner of the Whispering Horse Herd that includes two Norwegian Fjord horses, Blake and Zinnia, as well as two donkeys, Miss Emily and Timmy.
